These days thanks to DNMs you can easily purchase heroin online. The LD50 apparently beginning from just 0.03g.

So why not buy like 0.5g and snort it all? It's probably the last thing you do. :3

Tried that & didn't die. Just nodded out & cut off the circulation to my foot & can't walk now. I have ODed other times, though. I'd say it's kind of a gamble. Also, I may not know what I'm talking about, but it just seems unlikely that someone would be selling real heroin on the internet. I've read that if you don't know where to buy dope in a city, you should ask homeless people.

I've dabbled with heroin and have seriously considered it as an option for ctb, although most likely paired with another method, probably hanging. If you're not averse to needles and could successfully get a full syringe into your veins, I think it would be a pretty solid way to go.

I had a close call once when I shot for the second time. Got the stuff in and felt like I'd nodded off for just a second, but the people with me told me it had been well over an hour. They told me I was swallowing my tongue and choking, so they might have saved me that time. It was this really wonderful rush until I lost consciousness, then I felt like rubbish for the next two days.

If I chose this method, I'd rig up a noose above a stool or something then shoot it. I'd guess that by the time you'd lost consciousness enough to completely lose balance and topple over there'd be enough of the drug in your brain that you wouldn't feel a thing.

I would never touch drugs. My mom used to be a drug addict and it ruined a lot in my childhood and she regularly relapses her cocaine addiction, like now. Well, it gave me a big motivation boost though that my mom is very rarely at home and basically cares a shit about me to finally CTB. And it's also helpful since she'd basically the only one who would check after me.

I live in Pakistan as well and I can confirm. The heroin here is potent and relatively pure if you can afford to pay. I am considering injecting it on the rooftop of a 300 meter building and jumping after a few minutes. Would help overcome the SI.

And as other users have pointed out, it could not work at all or go terribly wrong. Plus you never know what they cut the shit they sell you with.
Drug overdoses of any kind are always a gamble at best when you want to ctb, so I'd go for another method.

I overdosed on heroin and Ketamine. I was found 7 hours later. I used 0.3g heroin and 0.5g Ketamine. I'm had massive brain damage. I had a Glasgow coma scale score of 3 and somehow I lived.

Another time was heroin 2.0g and 450~mL vodka. I had a BAC 0.45. Glasgow coma scale score of 4.

I'm not sure how the fuck I lived for either through either of these.

How is it an overstatement? Sure, suicide by any real method isn't for everybody or else this forum would be empty of users. But fantasizing of heroin OD aside tens of thousands die of opiate overdose each year, so it's not that hard to pull it off. Just take benzos, booze and heroin and go to sleep. Nothing bad will happen if you don't die. Junkies OD all the time.

I would say get a few of them just in case because who knows what it's been cut with as it loses some potency-not as pure. Can you find fentanyl as well from the source? That would really boost your chances too

Well, I looked into fent and apparently only heavy users know where to get it where I live since it's banned on the dnms. Also, the brown heroin is so expensive where I live that I really can't buy more than one gram unless I find a job. I get some extra money from one source but it will never be enough unless I work hard. Sorry for the blog, I'm just kind of incredulous about this working myself unless I think more... just a gram, but then again, it's still way too much on paper at least since I'm opiate naive. Hmm.
