Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I have my Meto so my question is not about getting it. But I see a lot of posts on here about how hard it is to get Meto and I don't know why that is? Just curious and trying to distract myself from my gripping panic attacks.

I was prescribed it for GI issues a bit ago. My doctor wanted to try other medications first to see if they would help. Metoclopramide tends to interact with a lot of medications (benzos, opiates) and has quite a few side affects (including some amusing ones such as breast swelling and lactation and some not so fun ones such as orolingual dyskinesia and tremors) so usually it's a matter of benefits outweighing the risk. For instance I couldn't keep food down for almost a year. If it's momentary nausea they tend to treat with promethazine.

I think I can't pm yet, but try searching for meto for nausea on Ebay. I typed this and that's how I found one Greek seller who sells Primperan. Unfortunately they don't ship to all European countries. :/

Guys. Look on India Mart. It's a bit of a pain to navigate, and you will have to enter a request, but you'll get a ton of offers with competitive pricing.
Since they have so many sellers, you will get spammed with responses. I recommend one person do the legwork on this, and get it narrowed down to a seller or two and give them a try. If it works out, you can recommend the seller(s), and everybody wins.
The only real downside is that they usually have a minimum quantity; if you're lucky it'll only be 10 tabs, but I can't say for sure.
I've had nothing but great experiences with India Mart; rock-bottom pricing, friendly vendors, and fast shipping, usually with tracking. I know @Rachel74 recommends them as well.

I recommend them and they only send me 10-20 tablets a time. They all come in their blister packs and it takes about 2 weeks to get to the U.K.
You have to message about it and you get several offers. I can happily name a few sellers I use if that's within SS rules.

You're awesome, Rachel . One suggestion: make sure your sellers carry meto, because in my experience individual vendors only sell specific things. Thanks bunches!!

I saw that seller too, with 3 left. Unfortunately I wasn't quick enough on purchasing. Now that seller is gone and I no longer see any listings on ebay for any of the brands.
I'll get a list of sellers I use and pass it to the mods and see if I can share it with you guys.
I'm not sure about N as I've never looked for it in India Mart.

Sideways . No. India Mart is relatively new, and vendors rotate thru and change like it's a revolving door. I had one reliable vendor disappear along with his email no longer in service; maybe he's being scrutinized, maybe he does this regularly to avoid scrutiny, who knows.

Should also look at the active ingredient and google it for your country. Its how I found out it is OTC in the UK but under a completely different brand name
