I hate myself so much. I try and be better and I can't. So a bit of context depression has been fucking me over for almost a decade. I don't have any trauma or stuff, I just suck i guess. So anyways, like 1.5 years ago I got help. And it worked kinda. I got a bit better and I tried to make a step forward in life. Big mistake. I'm worse than ever. The thing that makes me wanna leave the most is the fact that the issue is always me, im just fucked up. I cannot function as a person, incapable of living life
