Why am I like this.. always seek the validation of others..even when I have an opinion /personally feel good about something I immediately want to make sure it's not ridiculous or think :what will people think about it. although people don't live my life.its like I can't think independently about my situation, assess the hardships I'm facing and take only my feelings and decisions into account. Honestly it's the worst to be like this..to be your own enemy.

I relate to this a lot. It's really hard to live your life through other people's validation, making you feel like an unintentional slave to someone else's thoughts or opinions. It's an exhausting way to live, for sure.
I hope both of us can overcome this social challenge.

Its such a double edged sword - im the opposite , especially @ work and voice all my opinions & frustrations with no filter - while i may get some respect from a minority - the majority ppl please and say nothing so, in an ironic way its not all bad - we both can & hopefully will find a healthy balance between the 2. Its bizzarre im jealous of a personality trait you dont like in yourself >!>!>!???
