Everybody does but for the sake of this website not being taken out of context I'd say only those over 18. I suppose children dying in a hospital still deserve a peaceful death too and even regular people regardless of age deserve one as well it just doesn't have to be by their own hand.
I don't think it matters or not if you've tried to recover or not. Even people who die outside of suicide like by natural causes should still want it to be peaceful.
And then there's the flip side that technically no one deserves any such kind of death. It comes for us whether we want it or not so as much as we'd like it to be peaceful, we are not entitled to it either.
Yeah I feel every body over 18 deserves a peaceful death if it is their wish
I feel that recovery and healing can be offered and recommended and encourages, but the person is ultimately responsible if he wants to die peacefully
For those under 18 I feel there can be extreme exemptions like a very sick kid in hospital and maybe they need parents to allow it too
Only:
- prisoners on life sentences,
- people who are terminally ill,
- people who suffer from painful diseases,
- suicidal people who have exhausted all means of recovery.
For suicidal people who have exhausted all means of recovery, how strict are we talking?
Like how many years trying to recover, and does that mean literally all means of recovery (example electrocompulsive therapy, hypnotherapy, hospitalisation)
