Discussion Which Method are you using?

Hey. I was planning to ctb using partial suspension hanging. I'm kind of torn between SN and partial now. But it's a pain in the ass to get meto.

SN seems peaceful with less risk of brain damage if one was "rescued". But partial gives you less time to back out which is nice,plus I already have my rope in the basement.




What method are you guys using? I posted a poll for people to vote. The 3 options are for Full,Partial,and SN. Feel free to share your own chosen method in the thread though.

I don't want to influence your decision and saying in advance this is only my preference.
I prefer substances to anything else.
My main method is N and if everything goes wrong, I will use SN.
I selected this method as a secondary because it is relatively easy and peaceful. No brain damage, no body damage if I am saved. So that I will have one more chance to CTB.
Partial is a bit hard for me because I damaged my neck once hence even partial may be not too comfortable. Plus if I become brain-damaged, what the heck will I do in Mexico?
The emergency method is jumping, but that is in the case if the fire burns so hot that I have no time to hesitate.
It is up to you to decide which method to use. All the opinions are subjective to a certain extent and based on needs of a certain person.

Thanks man. I appreciate the response. I'm sorry to see you too are suffering so much. I hope your neck doesn't hurt too bad regularly from the injury.


I get what you mean about substances being more reversible. Blocking blood to the brain directly is much riskier in the case that you're "saved". I live in the USA. There are so many people that would keep their vegetable son connected to machines. But that's no way to live. Luckily my parents would put me down worse case if I don't show signs of improvement.

But the reasons you stated are why I'm really thinking about sn so that it would be less risky i would become brain damaged.

Where I'm at it's hard to get ahold of SN. So, I'm planning to go via partial or full hanging. I live alone, so that makes it even better.

SN or decapitation, I think a full decap is something that cannot be saved from.

SN, simply because it's not difficult to get everything in my country. Even Meto that is prescription only I bought without one and no one asked me anything.

I'm going with partial because I think it's faster. Probably less pain but I'm not sure.

and I thought I was the only one thinking about decapitation! partial suspension seems like my go to, but I've been thinking about decapitation by train wheel as well.

where partial suspension has a minimum time limit that has to happen, else you be fucked up from brain damage for the remainder of your bodily existence if you're found too soon, decapitation is instant, and means you can be an organ donor too, if you call in to emergency/medical services before you do it. it's also surprisingly not much of a mess at all, from what I've seen of it. it's like those cut in half tricks that magicians would do, very straight and precise in the separation. it's literally like a rolling pizza cutter guillotine. the only thing I can really imagine would be painful/dreadful about the experience is the loudness of the horns approaching (you can wear ear plugs for that), and the building anxiety/suspense of the contact (which i'd imagine won't even be a factor if you're feeling truly empty at the time)

i'm still with partial suspension at the moment, but the instantaneous nature of decapitation and its viabilities for organ donation are certainly interesting to consider
