Which meds can help to overcome SI?

As the title. Which meds may help overcome SI? If it necessary I live in Poland so I need something to get it here / Europe. But if you have any name of meds from other places tell me please also.

Xanax helps with anxiety. Anxiety makes SI stronger. Also it helps to be a bit drowsy so you are not so quick in making abrupt decisions. Propranolol decreases heart rate. High heart rate can induce anxiety and a panic attack which also makes SI stronger. Its not like you wont have SI at all, but it will be weaker.

Meds can reduce the "side effects" of the dying process. But no med can really help you overcome SI unfortunately...The will to survive is part of our animal nature and the will to die is not.

I think if you take SN the SI is not as strong as if you would hang yourself. Especially not if you take the recommended medications

Any idea how to get xanax? I just got prescription for Propranolol 40 mg... But noone wants to give prescription for xanax..
