where to go? want to CTB in car.

preferably I'd like to go in my car. going to shoot myself. not a lot of remote, foresty areas here, so what's the move? parking lot? side of the road? been looking around in maps but haven't decided.

long story short, had a massive mental break this year - lost my job, fiancee, home, professional and passion career prospects, etc. all momentum is lost and now in crippling debt with a rapidly decreasing credit score. I could go on. the hole I'm in is nearly inescapable. on the verge of homelessness. the shame alone from having gone from so much success to utter poverty and instability is driving me mad. I wanted to wait until after xmas but not sure if I can.

If I had a shotgun, I would probably do it near the police station. They are people of experience. And it would be easier to understand, obviously CTB.

Well, you have a car--that means you have the freedom to choose where to do it, even if you don't have remote spots nearby. I think near a police station does sound like an OK idea.

I think in your case you should not do it. How much debt do you have? What kind of a job could you find with your experience + education?
Fiancees come and go. You don't need to own a home.

I was 100% going to kill myself a week ago because due to a psychotic period of a few months, I ruined my degree in what is basically the harvard of my country. The shame, the failure, the fact that even if I begin rebuilding it won't be as good... (+ lifelong depression that I've always dealt with, no friends or family ever).

Now I'm only at a 70%, still might kill myself, but I'm giving life a chance. Checking out a couple possibilities. I hope that you do the same: try out a few things before you go, you might find and acceptable alternative.
