I wonder where I can buy SN. Is this available in regular markets etc ?

SN is used to cure meat and as a reagent.

Regarding the availability, it depends on where you are from. In the US is relatively easy to get it. In Europe not quite so, for example, if you were in the UK you would have a hard time getting your hands on it.

Pro Tip: if you are Europe, search it using the different language names for SN.

They're usually mixed with regular salt and SN is only present at 6-7 %. Yes, in large quantity prague powder could kill you, but if you can find some selling 96% or 99% pure SN.

what sucks is that where I live they sell prague powder but proportions are terrible: 99,6 % regular salt 0,4 % sodium nitrite. What substances contain more sodium nitrite ?

Imo, if you are looking to die, you need to source SN with at least 95% purity on its own.
You'd probably have to search for sodium nitrite on its own.

Prague power is not strong enough to CTB. The ratio in SN is simply not high enough your body would not allow you to consume enough salt. Stans guide and the PPH are very clear that you need above 95% purity. It's irresponsible to be advising that anything below this will work as it will likely result in a failed attempt. All the information you need can be found on the SN megathread, suicide wiki, Stans guide. Sourcing can be more difficult if you are in Europe but not impossible. No worries. You want the 2021 version of PPH. N is a better option if you have the money. If you get it, only get it from AV. He's the only reliable one. Best to say you're from exit international. That way he is more prone to pulling through and replying. N is the gold standard. SN would be next and easier to get + cheaper, just not as peaceful. PM me if you need any help.
