Welp back from my 3rd hospitalization. Dang. I never thought I would have another one but oh well.

To start you dont have to read this this a way for me to write here for myself

Been hospitalized for a week now ans just got out

Basically had a bad depressive episode ofc with psychotic symptoms like seeing amd hearing things.

Basically got workse in over a month ago with body aches and tiredness and migranes till I was thinking with SH and then to ending it all

Basically spilled my guts to my psychiatrist cuz I couldnt take it anymore. So went there was ok some things were annoying amd cold but i honeslty didnt think I needed help. Got new meds (Abilify) is nee for me but helped with suicidal thoughts and such.Basically this proved me wrong well see if things so good.

Some patients were rowdy af
