Discussion Where do I CTB?

Don't want to CTB at home because, quite honestly, the mental health of everyone in my house is fragile and I don't them to discover my body.
My grandmother lives nearby and I could CTB at her house, but I love her deeply and wouldn't want her or grandfather to find me.
I can't go anywhere else during this time.
What do I do guys? I don't have any options.

First off, that sounds like a really tough situation to be in, so I'm really sorry to hear that.

May I ask what your method is? Depending on your method you might be able to do it outside somewhere, maybe in a forest nearby? A hotel room, perhaps? A car? Some methods can affect the practicability of the setting, which is why I ask. When you say you can't go anywhere, do you mean that you don't have another house or somewhere to go, or that you just straight up can't go anywhere at all?

Hmmm... I think if you only have the option between ctb at home and at your grandma's, and really can't find (like hotelbeneathground mentioned) a cheap motel, or don't have access to a car or a remote location nearby, I think if I were in your situation I would choose the place that would essentially be the "lesser of two evils"... so that is, if you think that your family at home would handle it worse than your grandparents would, then I would opt for doing it at your grandma's place. I know both options obviously aren't ideal for you, and it is – of course – ultimately entirely up to you as to if/where you want to ctb, but that's just what I would personally take into account if I were in your place.

I'm sorry if this isn't of much help... it sounds like a real pickle to be in, and that can't be easy on top of everything else you're already dealing with. I feel for you. Sending hugs.

Yeah, I'd have to echo this as well, in addition to what I write above, as another potential option, and in my opinion it actually seems like the best one, just based on the situation you described to us. I know it might not be what you want, OP, but sometimes it's just better to wait until you can find, like LifeQuitter2018 said, a (more) suitable location. That way, I can imagine you wouldn't have to stress nearly as much about your loved ones finding you, and thus you could go out with more peace of mind, in that sense.

If in a isolated nature spot is possible, I would go for that personally. It is understandable wanting to not do it in a space where other people live. It sounds like a difficult situation to be in, I wish you well.
