Help When you will CTB, how do you announce the police, who do you call, what do you do, so your body doesn't rot but you also don't get rescued (SN)

I have two doors, I will lock main door, exit back door, leave the key for main door in the shed, go back in the house, lock the back door. So there is no need for break ins, I don't know how to make sure that somebody will know , I don't want to rot for days , an e-mail might work but how can I make sure someone reads it, if I phone, it might take 15 minutes for the police to arrive and by the time they find the key and enter, 30 minutes. Not sure, how will you guys do this?

Delayed / scheduled email. Set it for a few hours out. Doubt the police checks their email 24/7 too so it'd take way more than 15 minutes for arrival.

I plan to use a scheduled text to a 3rd party alerting them and asking them to call the police.

I also want to send a sceduled email to my GP or so? I am not sure yet who to contact, since I think it is not possible to email the police… I do not want my mother to find my body, nor want I to traumatize someone else… But I think an email with instructions will do the job

Yeah scheduled emails or texts work. I personally wouldn't car how long it took to figure out i was dead, rot or not.
