When was the last day you did not think about suicide?

I cannot remember exactly. Maybe 2021 before I started college. I can remember I binge read the manga Bakuman. And I think at one Day I did not think about suicide I noticed that a few days later. What about you?
I had hope before I started college but I got disappointed.

I really don't remember. I can't have thought about it everyday since age 10. That's 34 years! I definitely know I had better periods but a full day without thinking about it? I'm just not sure.

Idk. It was the time before I hit rock bottom and made my account here. Although everything was quite rough suicide wasn't an omnipresent thought back then. However it was already an option.

And then despite some rough stuff, I was still alright for a while.

Then cam sexual violence, now it's every day. Probably it's been over 2 decades since I didn't think about suicide in a day
