• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Jack of all trades really, mainly office admin which I didn't enjoy then qualified as a personal fitness trainer which I enjoyed and now in process of becoming a kindergarten teacher pending visa application and hoping to end unemployment.

Unemployed now. I worked as a cashier + depo guy + stock operator , was paid for my cashier part of the job and had to do all 3. This was the first year after my highschool graduation.

I tried college and didn't like college and dropped out , I wanted to try economics , it was boring and pointless to me but so was anything else, I couldn't justify doing it until the end. And now I'm unemployed, I tried going the salesman in a popular retail store but it was just too much sht to talk clients into buying, I was making good sales but I wasn't selling the right amount and the right things, of course I wasn't, I was selling the decent stuff.

There isn't any hope for me in this aspect since I CAN work, I CAN learn, I just don't want to, life can't fool me anymore with it's empty platitudes. Will probably never work again, and honestly it's not that big of a deal, there only about 6 months until I decided I want to ctb.

nothing, dropped out of school couldn't deal with their brain washing machine programming me what to and say and feel. didnt wanna be a slave for the greedy on top wasting my life doing work i hate
and no free time for family or hobbies. even got to pay my own tram tickets to get to that labour prison i worked for a few weeks. to come back home to some shaddy overpriced apartment listening to neighbours subwoofers and impact noises day and night. rather keep trying myself. theres no choice really
its torture. for low income people. there more we put up with it they more they keep doing it

I am a unemployed, friendless piece of shit that brought shame to his family. Does that count as a profession?

I've worked in legal support/paralegal roles since graduating, primarily in the area of personal injury. Currently unemployed and not planning on working for private law firms, ever again.

Unemployed almost 1 year now after being laid off. The reason I'm here is I've lost all hope of finding work cuz the market is so fucked (+ only getting exponentially worse), but more importantly: I'm a dumbass who just can't compete in the workforce.

I've worked in HealthTech implementations, UX research & design (got a masters in this, but a failed dream internship traumatized me so I gave up on that), 9 months unemployed where I almost ctb'd but then went back into HealthTech implementations, then last was a Business Analyst / Product Owner.

I've been desperately looking for work and have lucked out with a few interviews here and there via referrals, but each time it's humiliating and makes me realize I bring no value and don't belong here.

I work with kids too, they're the reasons I don't kill myself sometimes.
Same honestly. Not that they would understand the gravity of it, but I imagine some of them learning I won't be their teacher anymore, or I died. But it is weird to think about how I go in, have so much fun and bring them such joy, meanwhile I leave the parking lot and become a man that is thinking about CTB every day for a decade plus now.

Orchestral conductor. Allegedly. I fucking hate everything about it and I fantasize about blowing my brains out every second of every waking day

Hahaha, that's one of my dream jobs! Music is my passion that I never turned into a career... Instead I went the graphic design route.

I'm unemployed according to the government, but I do a lot of work under the table. I mostly work for an author, helping with draft editing, copy editing, interior page design, cover art, web development, and merch. I did all that for his first book and he's going to start writing another at the end of April and wants to hire me again. I hope that I live long enough to see that through because I really enjoyed doing all that the first time. I also do some art and stuff for my boyfriend when he's brave enough to ask (Poor dear has some serious trauma in regards to asking for his partner to make things for him, even though we both know that I would love to help in any way) and one of the things I recently made for him got over 150,000 views on Reddit. You could almost call me successful, but tbh it isn't enough to keep here. It isn't hard to find someone to do the things that I am able to do. Sometimes I think that I should put some web addresses in my suicide note just so I don't leave my people hanging.

I was a a TESOL teacher. When I was young, I worked in several countries teaching English to students of all ages.

Today, I can barely remember what it means to conjugate a verb, so I no longer have a profession. I guess you could say I'm professionally broke.

Right now I'm a ramp agent for air cargo (don't worry I'm never gonna jump into the engine because I don't want to traumatize my co workers who are really nice people) and I drive for Uber eats on the side

Born to save lives in emergency medicine, forced to be a corporate drone after developing osteoporosis in my 20s because of my eating disorder. Still gotta pay the bills even if I'm not doing something that I'm genuinely passionate about.
