What's the worst thing a proffessional has said to you?

way back when, my mother sent me to a therapist because i was caught self-harming at school. i don't remember how long i saw him or even how the sessions went, just that he told her i was essentially a healthy kid reacting rationally to my circumstances.

i didn't have the words to articulate that i was being neglected and sexually abused - didn't have the lived experience to know. he should've been able to see that something was very wrong.
