My mom just told me that I should be held accountable for her death, I've been asked to kill myself a countless number of times and that it would be better for them if I did, my friends have seen my self harm scars when I asked for help and asked me to chop my dick off with a blade and that they would help me do that too, the list just keeps growing it sucks, what's the worse thing anyone's ever said to you?

Fuck yeah man. I look up my bully from HS who called me loser all the time and even worse after I dropped out. Smug satisfaction that he got married, but then divorced, works at a small electronics store, but still brags about him being valedictorian in HS. The same guy that placed a bet that I would kill myself before I hit 20, that dude gonna shit himself in 2022, when I come back to collect that bet.

When I was 14-15 years old, my best friend told me something in all seriousness. He says out of the blue that when I got older I would have to go crazy. It was as genuine as anything I have ever heard in my life. It was not said to be harmful to me and was not percieved as such.

I agreed, and this is what I think of as the worst thing I have ever heard said to me, because of soo clearly agreeing and knowing it was true, it was sad. I never felt such a sadness as with that realization.

And her denial, when I found out that she lied about my the cause of my father's suicide being unknown, that she helped cause it, only to turn around and blame him, and call everyone else a liar when presented with a police report containing her own words confirming the truth about it.

There was also the time I made a girl cry because apparently my mere presence made her insecure about her weight.

I was used to the majority of the cruelty my family ever showed me. My ex's words stung so much worse.

• Mother, 2019. I had two doctor appointments on the same day and accidentally mixed them up; showed up to the wrong doctor at 11:00:

• Mother, some time during the past 3 years. We had a row, not sure what it was about. As she doesn't know how to use a computer I usually look up things on the internet for her, and that day she called me an autist and wanted me to google typical symptoms for autism. I had to do it while she sat next to me and while we read the article she pointed her finger at every point that seemed to be true for me.
  This was less of a verbal thing than a gesture, but it was so humiliating. I felt like shit and still do, this is one of the worst things she has done to me I guess.
  
  
• Mother, back when I was in elementary school (~7-9 years old). Not sure what I did, maybe a bad mark? We have two younger girls living in the neighbourhood, let's call them Clara (who was kindergarten age) and Eve (baby). My mom said something along the lines of:
  "You are so dumb, you should go back to kindergarten together with Clara. And when Clara goes to school you'll stay in kindergarten. Then Eve will come to kindergarten with you. And when she gets older she will go to school, too and you will still stay in kindergarten."
  That broke my heart back then, even my best friend said "that is mean of a mother to say to her child". It has left a mark on my character.
  

I've been insulted countless times, mostly by my narcissistic mother. I grew up like this and am still living at home (25 years old now) so I'm totally used to it. Small insults don't do anything to me, but those 3 above have stuck to me and I will never forget them.

i have a few things that i could choose from but if i have to choose one....it would have to be what my "parents" said about me. we were over at a family friends house for a bbq and we were watching big bang theory (first and last episode i had ever seen) and he had said something about children being like pancakes the first is always a fail. and they agreed and they all laughed with me right there.

Just today someone here called me an "unpleasant person" on one of the forums. I've never had anyone bully me before coming to this site and one person does it repeatedly. It happened brutally less than one month ago from the same person.
