There is no best method. You pick a way to exit that you are comfortable doing, research it and really understand the method and what it takes to exit by that method. I think that the way one exits is as personal as that person's wanting to exit this life we exit in.

For me, the best way for me is still jumping Beachy Head cliffs. The scenery and the occasion to jump is great. Back up would be hanging.

It is hard to take our own lives. The SI can be hard to overcome. I mean the best methods would be the most peaceful ones, like the drugs they use for euthanasia, but they aren't easily accessible. That is my dream method. I think planning and research are important when looking at methods personally.

Are you crafty? Homemade guillotine. If not, then n is the next best choice. No amount of $ is worth saving for a cheap ctb fail.
