N would be the method i'd choose if i had access to it but my only option is full suspension hanging, but i've just got to learn how to overcome survival instinct before i can attempt properly

It was originally the 2M2B+Loperamide combo, but I decided to go with the Nyan Cocktail instead now that I've gained confidence with it.
