Hi! Welcome to SS! So from my understanding, CTB means to "Catch the bus", which we use as a euphemism for suicide. I have no idea how this phrase came to be. Maybe one of the older members on here can explain.CBT is cognitive-behavioral therapy, a type of therapy. CTB however is an euphemism for suicide that can be understood as "catching the bus", "ceasing to breathe", "ceasing to be" etc.
Although I think the "wrong answers only" sort of topic could have an enormous amusement value…

I think it means "taking the bus to a better place" poetically for heaven.
It was also that a person on another forum used this term to refer to a friend who lost his life.

"CBT" Is usually short for"Cock and ball torture", but CTB on the other hand stand for "catch the buss" and is slang for suicide.Similar threads
