What's best over the counter poison/medicine to CTB?

I desperately NEED a method ready in 4 days. I'm not 100% sure if I'll go for it but i prefer to have a backup. I don't wanna jump under a train but i will have to if i don't have something else. Poisoning has always been what I've been hoping to go by. I don't live alone so i can't get SN, i don't care if it's painful i just need it to be 100% fatal. What can i do?

If you want something which is quick, reliable and OTC, then I worry there's nothing.

Sorry, I doubt that anyone will be able to suggest anything available OTC. Manufacturers and Governments have been making access to such pharmaceutical products more and more restricted through the years.

Can take a while, as in 1-3 hours, but not longer than that

There is no quick easy reliable way out of here. OTC medicine is almost impossible for CTB by OD, most likely will get you in severe pain for hours and hours and by that time you will be treated by doctors in the ICU.

Sorry to say but its not a reliable method at all, even if you take massive amounts of said drugs, you still could vomit it out, pass out and wake up in a hospital. Too many out of control factors for it to be 100%.

Look into deadly plants... Like digitalis purea... Eating enough of specific flowers can kill... Finding and growing enough is a different scenario... But I didn't tell you that x
