Nobody can know, I think thats why it's so mysterious. No matter what your view on it is whether you are spiritual/ religious or you're a hardcore atheist and have read every science book under the sun, you'll still have no clue what comes after death, none of us do. An Atheist's last words may still be "please forgive me god" and a Christian may wonder if everything they believed was all just a lie.
The only way we'll know is when we are at deaths door.

There is a youtuber called Akvile Sava who goes out of body and has met people who have died, also CTB's. She has some videos of suicide and the afterlife. I think, no matter what you choose to believe, it is good to prepare for any possibility and look at any theory. Especially if your goal is to avoid suffering and avoid coming back here. At the end of the day we won't truly know until we experience.

We can only speculate. I wish I was a God and in charge, then I would give everyone on here the peace they wanted and deserve whether that be unconsciousness/nothing forever or a great heaven with endless possibilities. Here are some resources with a ton of info.
