There's methods all over this site man. Depends how "cheap" you're looking for and the resources you have available, and of course what you're willing to physically endure

Finding a tall building where the rooftop's accessible to the public is a much harder task than most believe. That's why jumping is only 3% of suicides.

Note that you have to get on a rooftop. Getting on the 75th floor of a 76 story building isn't going to do any good if the windows on the 75th floor are all shut tight and locked.

Very hard to find a cheap non painful method. Only thing i can think of is falling. but that's so hard to muster up the courage for. other than that nembutal is supposedly painless but it's expensive. hanging is cheap but has a slight pain at first. if you can handle the slight pain and psychology of hanging yourself then i would go with that since it's so cheap.

Jumping requires very little courage. Once you've jumped, which takes just a few seconds, you're done.

The problem with jumping is that it's extremely difficult to find building roofs with public access. Unless you live in NYC anyway.

i understand your point. once you jump it's over. but some people look over the ledge and it drains them and they get scared.
