Hi, I'm a user living in Michigan who has health issues that make me very fatigued. I'm mostly bedbound and housebound and I'm not sure if stuff like getting a gun would be accessible to me. I saw the method of shallow water blackout and I'm wondering if there are options similar to that in case I'm in a situation where I don't have access to this. What are some easy to access methods that are quick and painless?

Just wanted to say Ur not alone. I'm fully bedridden because of me/cfs. Even if I could get something poisoning someone would have to bring it to my bed which would make them an accomplice and I don't want anyone to go to jail bcs of me.
