I've come to that conclusion/decision in my heart. I am not re-incarnating under no circumstances whatsoever. Like this experience was horrible. If given to choice to either be reincarnated or non-existence forever, i choose non-existence. If there is a realm with other real human souls/beings then I will choose to go there. But I will not be reincarnated into another matrix-dreamworld like the one i'm living in whatsoever. So that's it for me. Either there actually is a real heaven with other real people or I'm choosing non-existence forever. I will not repeat this experience ever again. In the short story "afterlife" by Stephen King the protagonist is given the choice to either reincarnate and relive his life or choose non-existence permanently...like forever. I'm choosing non-existence forever. In the anime Death Parade it's either reincarnation or the void. I will not be reincarnated and I don't believe in any sort of hell or place of torment. But I WILL NOT REINCARANATE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. WHATEVER IS AFTER THIS, IT's FOREVER.

Do you feel as though there's a chance that someone or something may force you to reincarnate? Or try to?

What makes you think you would be given a choice though? I agree with you by the way. I don't want any form of life after this one. Not even existence in a heaven type scenario.

But still- nothing about this life or world makes me think we get the power to choose. I don't believe I chose to be born. That was my parent's misguided decision. If there is anything more though- if we do exist pre-birth, there's no way I think I would have agreed to come here. If I was, then it was either through trickery or- the other realm is even worse than this one! I so hope there's nothing more.

Still- even if there is- I don't believe enough of 'us' will survive to remember our past lives. I don't remember past lives- do you? I feel like- if we are recycled, we are effectively a new being when we come back. So- that's some comfort at least. I feel sorry for any future versions of 'me' but- I don't believe they will have much to do with the 'me' as I exist now.

I would choose another realm as well. It'd have to be better than this one (which probably wouldn't be hard.) The creators and forces of it cannot be evil assholes who feed off of the misery of the souls they kidnap. I really do hate this reality and agree with you. If I have to choose between THIS and non-existence, I choose non-existence.
