What would you do to occupy yourself in solitary confinement?

We all like to believe we'd be fine but until your feeling stuck in that situation none of us know. But sometimes in a bad trip existence can feel like solitary confinement!... You have to have gone through it to understand. I had the worst moment of realization when I was young hungover sitting on the toilet.

Im claustrophobic. I would propably smash my head against walls until unconcious or dead
