Would I pass out before I'm saved? Will they handcuff me to the hospital bed? Will I be committed to a psych ward afterwards?

Use the search for SN failures and successes, there are two threads that have gathered the anecdotes of those who have posted about their survival and what occurred.

Based on the anecdotes, you may or may not pass out first. You may be sectioned. Being handcuffed to the bed is based on the protocol of local law enforcement.

Not sure I would base too much off that person's experience given they said they only took <1% of the recommended dosage.... :)

Almost every single failure post has been because someone called emergency services.

I read one where someone just slept it off but if I remember correctly, they had a history of substance use which may have effected things.

It was ~50% of the recommended dosage of 20-25 g. :)
