Method What type of rope should I use for partial hanging?

I'm 5'3 and weigh about 68kg, I recently bought this one https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/122386737751 (10mm thickness and 5m length) but I'm not sure if I should use it or not. It means pretty strong but i'm heavy as fuck so I'm lost here

This rope is ok for your hanging, it would also work for full suspension.

For partial, it doesn't really matter; you just want it to strangulate you, basically.

I am five foot three and I tied a leather belt to a construction of the house in the attic, and then tied a martial arts belt around it and made a loop. It worked pretty well for partial and held me down but I fucked it up thanks to SI.

you need something that tightens easily and dont cut in your throat, i have bought nylon rope
