Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

DiscussionWhat substance will you consume moments before CTB?

Different substances have diverse effects; certain ones may offer relief from emotional pain, while others can induce euphoria and courage. Nevertheless, many individuals opt for sobriety. What would you like to consume moments before you leave this world?
21 grams of Phenobarbital (barbiturate)
3 grams of Morphine Sulfate (strong opioid)
A little alcohol.
With this method I will have practically the same result as taking Nembutal. However, my method takes 60 to 90 minutes, so, to avoid the risk of someone finding me, I will do it in the bathtub, I will remain kneeling, so that when I lose consciousness, which will take 5 minutes, I will drown and die in 3 minutes, painless.

I'll be using a mix. Alcohol + Opioids + Benadryl (depends on the amount i choose to take if it'll make me high or not) + other prescription meds (these most likely wont make me high).
My method is hypothermia, here's what I'm thinking:
Alcohol - Vasodilator, increases onset of hypothermia and helps with SI
Mirtazapine - Ironically prescribed as antidepressant, has sedative effect to help sleep faster
Weed - It's just fun

On a cold night, walk out to a creek and submerge myself in the water. Swim for a bit, and as I start to experience late stage symptoms retreat to shallows to fall asleep without drowning.

i was considering doing this too, but in a way were if i pass out, my head will be in water and hopefully i will drown near the shore. i live by the sandbar, so by the morning, my body would be on dry land. in one of my last attempts i got really cold from trying to drown in water and it started raining, my nails even turned blue so i'm curious if this could actually work.
I'll tell you what I did: I kept calling small pharmacies, where the owners are the sellers themselves, and asked if they sold the medicines I wanted without a prescription, and then I found a place not too far from home. However, the pharmacy closed for about 3 days, but I already have the medicines and the quantities I need. I just can't fail, because I don't know if I'll find another pharmacy again.
Any of these other substances extend my desire to continue to live. Alcohol is perfect to take the edge off. If I had access to an old car, an enclosed garage and a bottle of vodka I'd be dead already

MDMA is probably as euphoric as it gets. At least from what I've tried. But I wouldn't be surprised if it makes one so optimistic that the desire to CTB temporarily goes away. Or probably more likely to make you want to be best friends with the cashier at 7/11

I think of going to the Grave without having a Psychedelic Experience is like going to the Grave without ever having Sex. It means that you never Figured out what it is all about. The Mystery is in the Body and the way the Body Works itself into Nature

I think this is kind of true. If you are determined to CTB, then you might as well try a heroic dose of mushrooms, LSD or 5-meo-DMT etc. before you go through with your CTB plans. You've got nothing to lose so why not try something very radical before you transition to the other side. For me; psychedelics never removed my suicidal thoughts but I would still say that the experiences have been valuable to me. I would love to try 5-meo-dmt before I CTB.
https://www.webmd.com/palliative-care/features/facing-death-without-fear-psychedelics--end-life-care - " In a recent study of more than 3,000 adults, the Johns Hopkins Center for Psychedelic and Consciousness Research found that taking these drugs under the right conditions made people less afraid of death, much the way a near-death experience unrelated to drugs may reduce the fear of mortality. The result, of course, can be a dramatic improvement in quality of life for the terminally ill."
I think drowning would still be just as unpleasant whether or not you are hypothermic. Dying to hypothermia is more of a slow fade rather than passing out completely, you would probably just get more and more exhausted until you're unable to stay above the water and experience a regular drowning death. If that's what you're going for, then I suppose it would work.

Under the influence of MDMA, one undergoes a profound transformation, emerging as the embodiment of love, empathy, and acceptance. This experience is often deeply emotional, but in a therapeutic and healing manner. The euphoria it imparts is intense.
If emotional numbing is the objective, substances like benzodiazepines would be a more suitable choice.
