Help What should I do?

I live on a different continent from my family bc I'm an international student. I keep thinking about how I can make it easier for my family in terms of having my body flown back to my home country (I assume my parents would want that). I know I will absolutely inconvenience everyone and I guess I'm trying to ask if there's things I can do to help with the arrangements. Im trying to consider my landlady too, I live alone in an apartment and I've basically packed most of my clothes into suitcases and I just have toiletries and utensils left to pack up. For the day I plan to ctb I've booked a room somewhere. I'm just gonna leave the apartment clean but idk if I should take all my luggage with me to the hotel or just leave them and hope my landlady helps ship everything back to my parents if they decide they want my stuff. Any advice?

I guess you could ship your things to them. If your rent is paid then you could leave your stuff in there with a note and hopefully they'll be able to retrieve your stuff in less than 30 days or so.

Smart to not do it at home. Place becomes a crime scene and can be a big issue for the landlady. best to do it in a hotel room or motel room
