Hi, I wrote to the correct email told by PPH and made my order. AV then told me, one month ago, that my package has been sent and that it should arrive in one month maximum. So according to him I should have it know. That's all, because when I asked him a tracking number (two times) he never replied. Only silence.
Now I can't do anything apart from waiting but I confess I'm not so confident.
As for your experience, does he usually give tracking number?
What would you do if the package doesn't arrive, ask him something about it?
And give him another chance in future? Maybe this time asking him for tracking number before the transaction, and hoping it's been not AV fault but only a problem with shipment?
