Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I've been looking in the UK and can't find it, it might be prescription only here
Yes, it's PoM in the UK but there are "gray" pharmacies that will sell it without prescription (and other stuff like benzos and sleep medication). There are a lot of scams out there too so take some time and check reviews and start with a small test order.
Because it seems to me that SN is tough to obtain, I'm not sure to what extent people are selling it, when I have looked for it it has been generally sold by suppliers with very tough restrictions
It definitely depends on which country you're located in too
