I have a high benzo tolerance due to anxiety. What medication could knock me out cold that's readily available?

To relieve me of the final moments of pain in the event hanging fails to sever my spinal chord?

Don't have much time to purchase SN, PT, N

I know OTC sleep meds are one. Alcohol, ....
