What methods hurt the least?

SN seems easy to get but suffocating like that does not sound fun. I'm afraid of heights so I don't think jumping is viable. I don't have access to any firearms so I can't pull the trigger either. Rope? Again, suffocating doesn't sound fun.

Out of those the slow discomfort of SN probably isn't as bad as the terror of jumping or pain of strangling.

I think hanging *can* be done right and *sometimes* people are out quick but there seems to be some luck involved with individual physiology.

Once I'm there, I'm there. I just can't pull myself to look down and let go. I'm not afraid of the fall or impact, just the height alone. Even blindfolding myself would be too intimidating

Carbon Monoxide. It can be a bit finicky to set up but if you do it correctly it should be absolutely painless. You'll be unconscious within 5 minutes supposedly.

A peaceful poison is what I personally wish and hope for with no more pain and no more suffering, a method like Nembutal sounds like it'd hurt the least to me and I always suffer so much from how I cannot just access it so finally I can be at peace from this dreadful, torturous existence that just causes all this suffering, the fact that painless, guaranteed death is denied for me is such terrible extreme cruelty, all I want is to never suffer again.

Helium for example is the best method there is i would say, ofcourse there are other inert gases available like argon but u can definitely have access to one of those if you look hard enough and you don't even need to buy an expensive setup with it but u can use a plastic bag instead

Yeah exactly an exit bag people usually just get one of those bags meant for cooking a Turkey they work absolutely great for the job

Not a bad idea. It doesn't take away all of my anxiety but I certainly get a lot more at ease.
