• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

On my attempt days, I may not be "feeling it" when I wake up, so I have to intentionally trigger myself.

I've become quite good at it.

Some of my methods include:

  • Alcohol
  • Music
  • Poems
  • Chanting
  • Reflecting on the fact that life is of no interest to me
  • Speaking to Samaritans (I know, that's not what they're intended for)

Once I set a day, there's no turning back for me. I would see it as being a coward, so sometimes I have to force myself. Downing 200+ tablets can induce gagging, if your technique isn't right. Being triggered helps you to focus.

How about you? What methods do you use?
