That's true and what I'm trying to find, unfortunately I'm very lost :/ idk what's my method if you will (Ingestion doesn't work well for me because my body becomes aware and you know) no gun access... my cousin died of hanging and it feels... Suggesting methods is against the rules since it's different for everyone and only you know your situation best. It also depends on where you live.
