What method would be best in this case?

So im in a supported house. I didn't have access to medication but took them all in an overdose that sadly didn't work. Now the only thing I have access to is razors that are hidden. Obviously using them is my intent but what would be the most likely way to die using them?

Honestly I can't even recommend any form of CTB with this tool. If you have access outside you could try train or jumping despite me not recommending those either because of trauma people will face from seeing it however it seems like those choices could be your best bet.

Maybe partial hanging should you have a belt or tie that can support you.

I just think that in general overdosing using easily accessible medication and cutting aren't really reliable suicide methods, sadly suicide just isn't straightforward in this world and I see it as being so inhumane how we are denied the option just to escape from all the suffering in peace. But anyway I hope that you eventually find what you search for, best wishes.
