What made you come to SS?

I came because I wanted support from people that actually know what I'm going through and eventually end it,

Unbearable sadness and feelings of hopelessness.

I came here after a mental break down, wanted to find people who were pro choice and not forcing pro life on me, I wanted non bullshit support, and I got it!!

This place is the only place I can see people talking about suicide and talk about suicide without people freaking out. I've had the greatest discussions with people who are suicidal, about life, death, and the importance of choice. Until our society can figure out that silence and repression isn't the answer, I'll be here.

Yea, our society is never going to figure that one out. Society can only change if the people who make up society are willing to change. Most people would rather focus on getting their monthly paychecks and avoid any form of introspection about themselves or reflection on the world we live in. It's easier to just blame the suicidal people for their problems than to acknowledge society's flaws and work together to bring change.
Either way, I'm going to be dead, so it doesn't concern me anymore.

My friend sent me an instruction video on how to hang yourself that explained everything you have to do to pass out painlessly, and it was linked to this site. So I figured that theres probably tons of good resources here and decided to register to expand my knowledge on the topic. Also because Im lonely and wanna talk with other suicidal folks.
