Positive - Daydreams, fantasies (No I don't see maladaptive/excessive daydreaming as a negative in my case, frankly, it's one of the few remaining things keeping me sane)

For me it's bad memories that pop up in my mind, video games because it's a big hobby of mine, hanging myself/suicide.Last edited:My pain. Unfortunately, right behind my eyes and into my temples and teeth. When it gets really bad I will literally go blind for a few hours and the only thing I can do is put an ice pack on my head, take every pill I can lay my hands on and go to bed.
