Wanted to know what kind of sport do you think it's better to recover oneself, to feel better in general.

To feel better in general/temporarily, I hike as steep of hills as possible. Heart pumping, out in nature. If you live in a city, I recommend finding parks with hills or stairs.

Basically outdoor activities.

I started boxing when things first went downhill, really helps for me personally, but if combat sports aren't your thing I've heard running is really helpful

I have an exercise bike. It's great, I can exercise without even needing to leave the house.

I've some woods close to me, I can give it a try! I've never run too much because I'm quite thin, I lose weight easily, so I end up burning my muscles haha

Haha, yea, no need for running. I've done all kinds of sports in my life and while I love to run, I find brisk walks or hikes better for my psyche than anything else. Hopefully you feel at peace in the woods. Good luck <3

Slacklining!!! you can't do it unless your mind is still and focused, so it's like a moving meditation. Martial arts too although I haven't really explored that

Boxing/Combat sports are exhausting and you don't even have time to think. Running quietly in the woods is great too, end your session with a few sprints and you'll feel like new.

If I ever manage to get my social anxiety back to a less torturous level I wanna get back into roller derby :)) it's great exercise and great for getting out aggression haha.
