Back when I could still appreciate food & drink, it'd be a full-on Korean spread of sam gyup sahl. Grilled pork w/ 8-10 side dishes, a kimchi stew, rice and ice cold soju to wash it down.
Barring that....I prefer Korean raw tuna (cham chee hwe) restaurants over Japanese sushi/sashimi....or a bona fide traditional K-meal (Hansik):
I'd give a lot to be able to enjoy such pleasures again.... *sigh*
Shouldn't complain....had some good times.
