My plan for SN for me:
New Year's eve Dec 31 2019 , the eve of the year 2020
fast 24 hours before this :
8 pm: 2x domperidone (20 mg) or 3x10mg Metoclopamide plus 4x Tagamet Cimetidine
9 pm- mix 30 grams of SN in 150 mL of water and drink
10 pm : freedom forever from pain and other hassles. Freedom for the next trillion to the trillionth power years plus! I won't see 2020

I'll probably add that. Need to research it. I heard Meto does clear the intestine? So that would lead to better absorption of SN imo.

I think you dont need to fast that long. Enjoy a last meal. I've heard 8 hr fast is well enough.
