What is the proper tool?

If I wanted to go the way of firearms, whats a good one to completely blow my brains out? Obviously only have one shot so I gotta make it count. What's the perfect type to make sure there's no survival for me?

I don't know what's the perfect one, but I do know a potato gun is not it.

Why buckshot and not a slug? Wouldn't a slug be more effective

If you have to use a handgun instead, aim behind your ear, not through your mouth. Shooting through the roof of your mouth will often only paralyze you.
