When looking at CTB methods, jumping off a high building is one I keep going back to. I know SI is crazy for it but when I look at the other options, getting a gun is next to impossible where I live, meds are iffy, SN are other like minded substances are getting harder and harder to come by, and hanging reminds me of jumping just taking longer and less likely to work. There are plenty of hotels and similar spots in my city are high enough that jumping off them would have a very high likelihood of instant death. I wish I could find a more peaceful was to go but I can't seem to find one that is so readily available.

Oh no, don't. Weeks ago, a video of someone using it surged on WatchPeopleDie and it looked VERY PAINFUL and traumatizing and took toooo long. The man kept having seizures and he looked in so much pain. I was considering using it before I saw that.

Sameee. I heard a professional athlete answering a question on whether they ever feel scared when jumping from high places. They said that you should not think about it when your up and once you feel the urge, you shouldn't think twice and jump right after cuz if you hesitate, your SI will stop you.

The nice thing about jumping is that it doesn't require acting fast like jumping on a train, and you're most likely will be alone, so the stress from people stopping you is out. I think I can practice controlling my SI before the time comes.

The only problem is finding a nice spot. I also have plenty of hotels in my city, but they don't have windows that open. Are you sure that the ones in ur city have windows that open? Otherwise, how are you going to jump if they don't open?

I saw that video too. I honestly was planning on putting pillows on the side of the wall that my bed is on, so if I went into convolutions it wouldnt make that much noise for the neighbours. I couldn't get the method to work last night, so I might try hanging soon. My last resort is SN as it might be a bit more difficult for me to get. But when the time is right I'll get the SN. I'm just trying out other methods first so I dont have to use too much money on SN in case something else works, if that makes sense. For right now I'm living paycheck to paycheck, thats why I want to find other methods that might be a bit cheaper.

i am not sure yet, but i may go for a self blood chokehold that i had seen on here. now, i still need to do my research on it, but it will most likely be a little less distressing than a normal chokehold/hanging because it's only blocking major arteries and not your throat. i'll still probably flip out a little tho so i might smoke some weed before i do it to ease my nerves lol

Good ol' Exit bag full of pure Nitrogen. I've done a test, felt like I was going to pass out from it before, was dazed and confused but mostly it was a seamless transition. As peaceful as it gets.

I was reading recently about salt. Table salt... takes a lot of it, and your natural instinct is to not want to eat it because of the taste... but it sounds like if you can get through that and have something to discourage nausea, that the process is otherwise not painful. I think the trick will be to try not to drink much the day before so you're already on the slightly dehydrated side... then have the salt, so you can drink a little with it to help keep it down without having too much water in you. The key, as I understand it, is to have more salt in you than your body can reasonably expel with water because it will use up all the water in your body to try and get rid of the excess salt... so it kind of forces a "quick" dehydration and you should pass out before the end happens. Sounded like from what I read some dizziness and maybe a headache and nausea along the way.
