Method What is the method you're going to use to CBT?

I need an inspiration. I can't find one that is peaceful and easily achievable. Plzz help! :(

Me personally I'm going with drowning. I live basically right next to the ocean so it'll be pretty easy to break into the pier and jump into the water. Obviously though, this method only works for someone with easy access to water.

My alternative method is by train, which will definitely be a lot easier for you if you don't live near water. Keep in mind though it can traumatise a lot of people, so do remember that if you go with it.

This might be a macabre response, but drowning is an impressive way to go out. I couldn't do it.

But painful, and failure has scary consequences. If you fail you might end up being a vegetable. Would you risk it?

Opiates. Thats what I used the first time. Unfortunately even though Im in pain management I cant get them, because of my record. SN is number two. Not painless, but less brutal then all the other options. Im not ready to ctb, but I need a lethal option available to me. Indeed that will be soon.

Years ago I attempted to overdose by eating two hundred sleeping pills.. Then about 15 years ago I tried hydrogen sulfide.But I put way too much of the toilet cleaner acid and it made a violent reaction.Everything in the room became unbreathable..

I know that my next attempt will be using gasoline and a lighter.

I will go into the middle of a field where I won't harm anyone else.Of course and I will strip naked in the middle of the night.And I will pour gasoline that has styrofoam Mixed into it.... I will pour it over my shoulders.And i'm gonna light hat sht up..

I asked artificial intelligence if somebody got burned over ninety percent of their Body for like one minute or more wat are the chances of survival and it said no. No chance of survival.

I don't have immediate plans, But that is my next plan.

I sure wish suicide was legal.And you could just walk in to a government office and say that you want to suicide.And who cares if they want you to hold 2 or 3 appointments?I wouldn't give a shit.I would hold those appointments and I would take the medicine and I would drop Dead.

Tbh I don't think stripping naked is a good idea cuz your body can't catch the fire whereas your clothes can. I'm not talking of experience or knowledge or anything like that, it's just that when I was a kid, I've been told that if my clothes catched the fire, I should take them off immediately.

I understand I also just wish for a peaceful method and I always suffer so much from how that is so cruelly denied for me with the suffering and torture of human existence seen as to force and prolong no matter what, I'd just never wish to suffer in this cruel, torturous existence rather all I hope for is to not exist, only non-existence can bring me the peace and relief from suffering I search for. As long as I exist I'll only hope to never wake ever again, I truly do always suffer so much from being trapped in this existence just waiting to die anyway and I'll always see existing as just waiting for death no matter what, I wish I had access to peaceful guaranteed death so finally I can find peace from the suffering and torture of existing but of course the suffering just continues.

couple weeks ago i almost succeeded to do partial hanging after 4 month trying.
i hyperventilated with the rope around my neck (little to almost no presure) in a standing postion and held my breath for like 3 sec. so i think i passed out from hyperventilating ( i was sick+tired that day) but the rope broke.
i gotta tell you it was sooo peacfull that i didnt even realize that im gonna pass out literly, also its pretty easy to do considering you get it from the first couple tries.

Probably poison. By carefully creating my own or figuring out how to purchase. Or, since I live the United States, I've thought of taking up a new hobby of going to the local gun training shooting range, then buying a powerful gun, going for a hike way out in the woods. The dream way to CTB which is reliable, perfectly achievable for death, and extremely peaceful, is N. However, it is not attainable. It's liquid gold. Getting real N is like winning the lottery.

Jumping is my preferred method but we don't have big bridges. I live in a tiny teeny 3rd world country. The biggest bridge in my country isn't high enough to kill. We do have like 3 or 5 high enough skyscrapers but the windows are closed and reaching the roof is restricted.

I was thinking about traveling to any country that has high places like Beachy Head.

Regarding humiliation, you will be already too dead or busy dying to feel humiliated when others see it, so you won't feel anything other than death.

You want to CBT cuz you basically don't want to feel anything, right? So it doesn't make sense to want to be humiliated when you can't even feel it. So, the question is, who do you want to humiliate by streaming your CBT?

The only ones who will feel humiliated are the ones who are alive like your loved ones who you will leave behind and other ppl who want to CBT but don't want to be subject for entertainment for psychos, sadists, and morbids. And ppl who are fighting for right to die and having to deal with accusations of exploiting mentally ill people for their own sadistic "pleasure".

If you want to feel humiliated, I'm sure there are countless other ways that don't disturb other ppl.

This has been on my mind for a while now so I had to get it out of my chest.
