What does a overdose feel like with meds . Also what the least painful method to cbt ?

I asked this question cuz I have no idea what it feels like but I think is the less painful to go in my opinion.

And I really want to go the least painful in mean if I wanna go i don't want pain.

The idea of cutting my wrist is just to scary for me so..
Idk if hanging is the best way since in my home I have no way to do it properly.

Im not gonna cbt at the moment but just asking

If you're talking about normal meds like pain-killers, and anti-depressants and other stuff, then you'll feel at first, then nauseous then if you haven't taken an anti-emetic you'll dose off then wake up in pain as your liver slowly kills itself. if you didn't take an anti emetic you will puke everything out, dose off then wake up in pain. You don't die with these overdoses.

You need benzodiazapenes which I don't think are completely guaranteed painless... And also, they're hard to get :(

Overdosing is super hard to do painless unless its poisoning like Nembutal which is basically euthanasia but that's also impossible to get

I've had a addiction to benadryl and ... I took 3000mg in a attempt to ctb , I flatlined at the hospital and had back to back to back seizures. It's definitely not a way I would ever recommend anyone to go out .

Overdosing isn't a good way to go unless it's something like benzos.

I tried twice with multi drug OD including benzos.
I didn't even feel it coming on & I felt nothingness ; just blackness until slowly coming to in intensive care. It was an experience of some sort slowly becoming conscious. It might be seen by some as a near death experience.
I no longer fear death. I still fear suffering though.
