What is the longest you've heard someone stay alive after taking sn?

I don't remember which article but I've seen one which said the patient was sent to the hospital and despite antidote and everything died after 24 hours and that's too much suffering for one and their family ugh

I am going to follow the ppeh method. Basically do the fasting, stat dose of meto, take the antacid and painkiller, then mix the sn with propranolol and drink. I'm considering going with 15-20gm for my weight. I weigh 110lbs at the max. I'm not using a benzo. That might make me stay conscious longer. But as long as death over 6-8 hours takes place indefinitely, I'm good to go.

How do you get the ppeh? Cause they refuse to give it to you if your not 50. Ive got them asking me for proof of age now?

At this forum I saw a girl that took at least 40 minutes, she was conciouss the whole time and talking. After that she layed down so who knows how long actually took? I understand this is the best method a loot of people can obtain but it seens double edged.

In my honest opinion, 40 minutes don't seem that bad. I think it'll kinda be like feeling really really ill like you have covid or something but very soon you won't know or feel anything.

I don't know about that, after all, your body is dying... Who knows how it may feel.

Most of the posts here reference time to going unconscious rather than time to death- Stan's guide says that time to death varies widely, from 40 minutes to 4 hours, based on a person's metabolism and possible other unknown factors.

Yes i read that. I feel better knowing it won't be too long.

I don't know about that, after all, your body is dying... Who knows how it may feel.

We don't. But from most monitored deaths it seems like the discomfort was minimal as compared to many other methods. Of course it's not n but then what can we expect?

To be honest, it was very hard to drink it down despite having followed fasting and meto dosing. Darn salty drink!

Was it mostly like really salty water? I can understand why it would be hard to drink it and keep it down.

Super salty. Trying to drink down 50ml was rough. Could only managed half of it. Passed out around 40 mins after ingesting around 8g of it. I was near the hospital when it happened and antidote was given around 2 hours later after the toxicologist figured it out. The doctors told me I nearly died and wanted me in ICU for observation due to hypoxia but I went AMA once I got better.

With the monitored deaths it is pretty certain they followed the whole stan's guide protocol, but mnost people make some compromises due to the challenges in getting certain medications- namely the anti-emetics and the benzos. So this is where it gets complicated for a lot of people.

Sotru. Unfortunately even I had trouble sourcing a benzo. I got beta blockers, meto etc without prescription no questions asked. But benzo is more likely to be abused especially by people my age so i couldn't risk getting it.

Okay, I have no idea what SN or ppeh is or any of the other abbreviations, newbie here, so really I probably should not put my two cents in, but....
Redheads. Natural redheads have a higher need for anesthesia, I used to dye my hair dark brown, from the time I 14, at 17 when my appendix got infected I woke up on the operating table and stuggled until the pulled the intebation tube out as I forced my way into a sitting position to throw up. I saw my stomach opened already as the appendix burst, they threw a sheet over the incision and handed me a curved plastic bowl to puke into. The doctor asked me why I was awake and I said I don't know. He asked if I felt better since I puked. I said yes, he asked if I was a natural redhead, I said yes. He then turned to all the assistants and asked had anyone checked the carpet and none had. Raising the bottom of the sheet he pointed to the fiery red patch between my legs. Told me lie down, ordered the anesthesiologist to to put me back under. I felt them reintibate me and I heard the doctor chewing them out, I finally got my hand to touch him. I asked if I could hear anything, I flapped my hand, he asked if I could feel anything, I flopped my hand. He shot the anethesiologist a gruff look and things finally went black.
Point of the story...Genetics also plays a role in how much it takes. I took two large bottles of benedryl, crushed and mixed with root beer so I would not vomit, locked myself in the house with no phone and went to bed. Woke up the next day. I had apparently tripped balls and danced with fairies and fed them butter, it was all over the apartment. And here I still am. That was my last attempt almost 20 years ago because I am terrified nothing is going to be able to kill me, only make me really sick and more miserable and despondent than I already am.
