One of the short or intermediate acting benzos is probably best.

There are some little lorazepam tabs that dissolve in your mouth and they always kicked in not even a minute after putting them in my mouth. Might be hard to find though. Only ever got them during hospital stays.

No clue how well codeine suppresses pain but im sure you can easily google that. Never used codeine myself i think.

When the time comes I will use Xanax (alprazolam). In my country this benzo it's easiest to obtain, and that's why I went with it.
Since I'm a benzo-naive person I will not take a huge amount of it before ingesting SN. Just a small dose enough to make me feel like I'm drunk.

I realize this doesn't answer your question, but any benzo you have access to is better than no benzo. In my case for example, all I have is Clonazepam, so that's what Im going with, and feel pretty confident with that.

Most benzos are not eater souliuble at all!

You should get a mortar and pestle, or something similar to crush them first. Then stir into water.
