I'm sorry you're in pain sister and that your path has taken you to this place.
The problem with OTC meds is that they lack the toxicity to cause fatal harm unless they are consumed in huge doses, which will probably mean the ingestion process will be very painful and may not lead to the outcome you're looking for.
My search for peace brought me here where I was able to learn about the different methods and make a better judgement.
