correct, although not like 1000% painless if u dont pass out immidetly and it is non-reversible if sucessful, if not there are no long term effects

Really, that can't be stated definitively. Multiple failed attempts over a period of time may have a detrimental cumulative effect on the body. Read the excerpts I provided of a discussion I had with a member about another member, who is currently dealing with harm caused by their latest attempt with SN.
