Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Is reminding yourself of what a piece of shit you are and what you used to have, but now lost to inflict emotional pain on yourself self harm? Also is setting everything up for a hanging without the intent to actually commit suicide self harm?
Self harm can mean many things.
Some people use it as a method of coping and may see it as a way to control their situation on their own terms instead of letting everybody else.
Self harm to some people might think of it as relieving stress.
Others just like the pain.

I get the urge to inflict emotional pain on myself quite often and I don't get why. In a way I don't even want to be happy. It makes no sense to think like this, yet I do. Also i'm getting some deja vu.

Self harm is used as a tool to divert attention from a painful reality and instead towards the self inflicted area. As an example I go days without eating to make it harder to think and process things. Life becomes more of being in a fog haze. It's similar to using drugs as an escape method.
